Description:
TFT
displays are liquid-crystal display modules with thin-film transistor
technology. This TFT technology offers full RGB showcasing a range of
colors and hues. Get rich colors, detailed images, and bright graphics
from an LCD with a TFT screen.
This module is a touch full color LCD
which support graphics charactere with SPI interface. The resulotion of
monitor module is 320 * 240 pixels.

Current: 60 ~ 80mA (and related to the number of LED backlighting）;
Usart serial mode, TTL level, supports baud rates from 2400 to 256000, 115200 default;
