پرینتر سه بعدی Kossel Delta از جمله پرینترهای سه بعدی دارای تکنولوژی FDM می باشد. تکنولوژی FDM کاربردهای زیادی در نمونه سازی سریع دارد و دستگاه های آن به طور گسترده تولید می شود. پرینت سه بعدی FDM یک فرایند ساخت افزودنی است که متعلق به خانواده “اکستروژن” است. پرینتر سه بعدی فیلامنتی یا اف دی ام با ذوب کردن پلاستیک و اکسترود آن، محصول سه بعدی را به صورت لایه به لایه می سازد. این پرینتر دارای سرعت پرینت 80 میلی متر بر ثانیه از جمله پرینترهای دلتای تک نازل موجود در بازار می باشد.
دمای عملیاتی اکسترودر در این پرینتر سه بعدی، 275 درجه سانتی گراد و دمای کاری پرینتر در بازه 8 تا 40 درجه سانتی گراد می باشد و درگاه ارتباطی این پرینتر USB می باشد.
چیپ کنترولر بورد این پرینتر ATMEGA2560 می باشد که از نوع میکرو چیپ 8 بیت AVR می باشد. بازو های نگه دارنده اکسترودر از آلیاژ های سبک ساخته شده که امکان حرکت سریع و پرینت دقیق را برای کاربران به ارمغان می آورد. موتور های با کیفیت این پرینتر امکان پرینت بین بازه ی 20 تا 80 میلیمتر بر ثانیه را فراهم می کند.
