سنسور اثر هال تک قطبی قطعه ای است که برای اندازه گیری بزرگی یک میدان مغناطیسی استفاده می شود. ولتاژ خروجی آن به طور مستقیم با قدرت میدان مغناطیسی آن متناسب است. از سنسورهای اثر هال برای سنجش نزدیکی ، موقعیت یابی ، تشخیص سرعت و سنجش جریان استفاده می شود. از این سنسورها معمولاً به منظور سنجش سرعت چرخ ها و شفت ها استفاده می شود، مانند زمان بندی احتراق موتور احتراق داخلی، فشار سنج و سیستم های ترمز ضد قفل. این سنسور ها همچنین در موتورهای برقی DC بدون جاروبک استفاده می شوند تا موقعیت آهنربای دائمی را تشخیص دهند.

Description:

Hall sensors are commonly used to time the speed of wheels and shafts, such as for internal combustion engine ignition timing, tachometers, and anti-lock braking systems. They are also used in brushless DC electric motors to detect the position of the permanent magnet.
