اپتوکوپلر HCPL-3120 پکیج DIP-8
آی سی HCPL-3120 یک اپتوکوپلر سریع با جریان 2.5 آمپر است که جهت ایزوله سازی خروجی و ورودی مدارات و راه اندازی ترانزیستورهای جریان بالا مانند ماسفت یا IBGT استفاده می شود. سرعت سوئیچینگ بالای اپتوکوپلر hcpl-3120 باعث شده تا از این آی سی 8 پایه در مدارات تغذیه سوئیچینگ مکررا استفاده شود و در حالت لاک-اوت ولتاژ، از مدار محافطت کند.
بر روی این اپتوکوپلر، A3120 حک شده و به همین علت آن را اپتوکوپلر a3120 نیز می نامند.

Description:
The HCPL-3120 contains a GaAsP LED while the HCPL-J312 and
the HCNW3120 contain an AlGaAs LED. The LED is optically
coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage.
These optocouplers are ideally suited for driving power IGBTs
and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications. The
high operating voltage range of the output stage provides the
drive voltages required by gate controlled devices. The voltage
and current supplied by these optocouplers make them ideally
suited for directly driving IGBTs with ratings up to
1200 V/100 A. For IGBTs with higher ratings, the HCPL-3120
series can be used to drive a discrete power stage which drives
the IGBT gate.
