چیپ TMC5160 یک آی سی درایور جریان بالاست و برای موتورهای استپر یا پله ای است که از طریق پورت سریال با ادوات دیگر ارتباط برقرار می کند.
ماژول درایور MKS TMC5160-PRO از محصولات Makerbase است و از جریان بالا ولتاژ بالا و سرعت بالا پشتیبانی می کند و دارای دو مودکاری SPI و STANDALONE می باشد و با فریمورهای Marline و Klipper سازگاری دارد.
جریان خروجی این درایور تا 6 آمپر در مود spi و تا 9.85 آمپر برای حالت STANDALONE است.
Description:
The TMC5160 is a high power stepper motor controller and driver IC with serial communication interfaces. It combines a flexible ramp generator for automatic target positioning with industries’ most advanced stepper motor driver. Using external transistors, highly dynamic, high torque drives can be realized.
MKS TMC5160-PRO is a quiet operation stepper motor driver. Supported high-voltage, high-current and high-speed operation. It has two drive mode setting by jumpers: SPI mode and STANDALONE mode. With an adapter board and electronic wires, it can be directly installed on a plug-in motherboard with a TMC SPI interface and supported SENSORLESS-HOMING function. It can run on klipper or Marlin firmware.
Please DO NOT connect the motors when measuring the voltage, or it's easy to burn the drive.
Please connect the power supply when measuring voltage as well, do not connect only the USB power.
Please pay special attention to the direction, do not insert backwards.
The heat sink attaches directly to the PCB.
