Description:
Charge/discharge protection module or BMS or Battery Management System modules are used to protect and control the charge and discharge of Lithium-Ion/Polymer batteries. These modules are usually classified based on the amount of current and the number of battery cells they support. This module is a single-cell lithium cobalt oxide / lithium cobalt / lithium / lithium polymer battery charger with the ability to charge a maximum of 40 amps. One of the features of this charger is the Overcharge and Discharge protection circuit that prevents battery damage.
The circuit has the ability to detect voltage with high accuracy and also detect excessive internal current. In addition, the MOS transistor can control the charging and discharging of the battery.
BMS soldering instructions:
Connected battery B+ positive;
B1 connection point between battery 1 and battery 2
B2 Connect the point between battery 2 and battery 3
B- Connect to the negative end of the battery
P- + positive charge / discharge connection.
P- charge / discharge negative connection
