Description:
The Orange Pi Zero development board is a small Arm Linux board based on the Allwinner H2+ processor for headless applications that require WiFi and/or Ethernet. It uses 100M internal network port, internal memory, USBOTG power supply, USB2.O port, etc. Board storage, LED indicators, low-level peripherals compatible with GPIO ports and a unique serial debug port.
If you care about power consumption and/or temperature, Armbian's h3consumption tool can disable some features (eg HDMI, GPU, Ethernet, CPU cores...) to reduce power consumption.
In terms of hardware specs, the Orange Pi Zero LTS is based on an Allwinner H2+ SoC with a quad-core Cortex-A7 processor with 256MB or 512MB of DDR3–1866 SDRAM, SPI Flash, and a Mali-400MP2 GPU.
The SPI flash can be used for U-boot storage, so network booting is possible without the need for a microSD card. Also available is a three-pin header for console/debug applications, a pair of LEDs, and power via a micro USB or PoE port.
