ماژول محافظ شارژ / دشارژ یا ماژول های BMS یا Battery Management System برای حفاظت و کنترل شارژ و دشارژ باتری های Lithium-Ion/Polymer مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند . این ماژول ها معمولا بر اساس میزان جریان دهی و تعداد سلول باتری که پشتیبانی میکنند دسته بندی میشوند . این ماژول محافظ یک شارژر باتری های لیتیوم یون و لیتیوم پلیمر 4 سل با توانایی شارژ حداکثر با 20 آمپر است . ویژگی برد محافظ باتری عبارت اند از : حفاظت در برابر شارژ بیش از حد ، حفاظت از تخلیه بیش از حد ، حفاظت از اتصال کوتاه ، حفاظت از جریان بیش از حداین برد محافظ را نمی توان برای باتری لیتیوم آهن فسفات ، بسته باتری مته دستی ، بسته باتری ماشین الکتریکی ، باتری دوچرخه برقی ، موتور 775 (4a) ، لامپ led 1w fisheye استفاده کرد .
نکته : از ویژگی های این شارژر وجود مدار محافظتی Overcharge و Discharge است که از صدمه دیدن باتری جلوگیری میکند ، علاوه بر این ترانزیستور MOS می تواند شارژ و تخلیه باتری را کنترل کند .
دستورالعمل سیم کشی:
B+ به قطب مثبت باتری متصل می شود
B- به قطب منفی باتری وصل کنید
BM به نقطه اتصال بین باتری 1 و باتری 2 متصل است
P+ به الکترود مثبت ترمینال شارژ/دشارژ (مشترک ترمینال های شارژ و دشارژ) متصل می شود.
P- اتصال به الکترود منفی ترمینال شارژ/دشارژ (متداول در ترمینال های شارژ و دشارژ)
یادآوری : هنگام مونتاژ بسته باتری، ولتاژ باتری، ظرفیت و مقاومت داخلی باید مطابقت داشته باشد. ولتاژ باتری باید حدود ولتاژ نامی 3.7 ولت باشد. پس از مونتاژ بسته باتری هیچ خروجی وجود ندارد، بنابراین فقط با ولتاژ 8.4 ولت شارژ کنید .

Charge/discharge protection module or BMS or Battery Management System modules are used to protect and control the charge and discharge of Lithium-Ion/Polymer batteries. These modules are usually classified based on the amount of current and the number of battery cells they support. This protective module is a 4-cell lithium ion and lithium polymer battery charger with the ability to charge a maximum of 20 amps. The features of the battery protection board include: overcharge protection, overdischarge protection, short circuit protection, overcurrent protection.
This protection board cannot be used for lithium iron phosphate battery, hand drill battery pack, electric car battery pack, electric bicycle battery, 775 (4a) motor, led 1w fisheye lamp.
Note: One of the features of this charger is the Overcharge and Discharge protection circuit that prevents the battery from being damaged, in addition, the MOS transistor can control the charging and discharging of the battery.
Wiring instructions:
B+ is connected to the positive pole of the battery
B- Connect to the negative pole of the battery
BM is connected to the connection point between battery 1 and battery 2
P+ is connected to the positive electrode of the charge/discharge terminal (common to the charge and discharge terminals).
P- connecting to the negative electrode of the charge/discharge terminal (common in charge and discharge terminals)
Note: When assembling the battery pack, the battery voltage, capacity and internal resistance must match. The battery voltage should be around the nominal voltage of 3.7 volts. After assembling the battery pack, there is no output, so only charge with 8.4V.
