Description:
The JOKER 3D printer motherboard is based on an ESP32 microcontroller, designed to run Marlin 2.0 operating system with Wi-Fi control, and also supports six-axis and nine-axis configurations, which are important for advanced 3D printing settings.
ESP32 microcontroller with dual-core processing capability, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and the controller firmware is compatible with Marlin 2.0, a popular open source firmware for 3D printers, and includes six axes (typically including X, Y , Z, E1, E2 and a secondary Z or other auxiliary axes.) and nine axes (allowing more complex 3D printer configurations, potentially including additional extruders or auxiliary movements.) are supported.
An OLED screen is built in to display information and a potentiometer to set the values manually, and there is also a MicroSD card slot for data storage.
Operating system installation:
Flash the Marlin 2.0 firmware configured to run your specific printer.
Connection components:
Connect stepper motors, terminals and other accessories to the appropriate connectors.
Insert a microSD card with G-code files for printing.
Supplying the power of the board of directors:
Use micro USB for initial setup and testing.
Switch to external power source for regular operation.
Wi-Fi configuration:
Set up a Wi-Fi connection for remote control via web interfaces or mobile apps.
Testing and calibration:
Calibrate your printer's axes and terminals using potentiometer commands and firmware.
Monitor and control the printing process via the OLED screen or remotely via Wi-Fi.
